The Australasian Fence Industry Association

Forum developed for companies involved in manufacturing, supplying or installing of chain link fencing.

The Australasian Chain Link Fencing Association ( ACLFA), was formed in May 2003 under the umbrella of the Australasian Wire Industry Association (AWIA) to provide a national forum for companies involved in manufacturing, supplying or installing of chain link fencing.

In 2011 the name was changed to the Australasian Fence Industry Association (AFIA) to better reflect the wider range of products supplied by our members and now includes, weld mesh, tubular, pool and high security fencing.

Through the ACLFA's membership of the CE-008 Standards Australia committee the association has been actively involved in the revision and preparation of security and sports chain link fencing standards.
